Dr. Bruce B. Henry

Dr. Bruce Henry is the owner and founder of Texas Family Healthcare PA, located at Medical City Dallas. He is board certified in Family Medicine, a member of the Royal College of General Practice (UK), and a fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. He is a clinical professor of Family and Community Medicine at UTSW Medical Center. Dr. Henry's practice focus is comprehensive patient care for all ages. His patients appreciate that he is always mindful of the biological, social, and spiritual process directed at problem solving, health maintenance, and disease prevention. His practice is open 6 days a week with evening appointments, walk-in, and work-in availability.

During his spare time, Dr. Henry has a love for the dog world and currently sits as the President of the King Charles Cavaliers club. His wife Shirley and he have a total of four children and eight grandchildren.

Rachna Patel, PA-C

Rachna Patel, PA-C has been practicing as a Physician Assistant at Texas Family Healthcare PA since 2006. She completed her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at UT Southwestern and Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Baylor University. Her professional interests include preventative medicine and management of chronic diseases.

Rachna was born and raised in Texas and is fluent in her native language Gujarati (Hindi dialect). She enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her 3 children and husband. She is enthusiastic about serving the community.

Ann Fontana, PA-C

Ann Fontana PA-C completed her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Physiology from the University of Minnesota. Her interest in medicine began in childhood, but fully matured through her experiences volunteering, shadowing, and working in healthcare. As a Physician Assistant, she has found a particular passion for health education, believing this to be the foundation of quality care and improved outcomes.

Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, Ann has been enjoying exploring the many foods, activities, and charms unique to Texas. In her free time she enjoys crafting, traveling, and spending time with her dog.
